Description		The crew of the Cygnus is called in to assist in preparations for the annual "Festival of Unity" in Elysia, a renowned celebration that symbolizes peace and collaboration between the cultures of Calisto and the Federation. This year, the festival will also mark the signing of a historic trade agreement with the Federation, ensuring mutual prosperity for the planet and the Federation. However, a series of technical and interpersonal challenges threaten to derail the event.

Mission Summary

While the crew of the U.S.S. Cygnus waits for their ship to be repaired, they are afforded some shoreleave on the planet below, so long as work crews are rotated to assist with the repairs. The governor of Elysia calls Starbase 375 and asks for assistance due to recent storm damage to help repair said damage. Since the Cygnus is not yet space worthy and fully repaired, Rear Admiral Savok asks the Cygnus crew to help. Since the crew has been on the planet already and have made some friends down there, they are happy to do so. It turns out a local atmospheric disturbance (read: massive storm with tornados and high winds) has disrupted communications and caused damage to some of the infrastructure going to be used in the festival. The crew is tasked with ensuring the festival proceeds on schedule, addressing technical issues, coordinating logistics and helping smooth tensions between locals.
